Dental care in the United States is delivered mostly by private practices: a general or family dentist who handles exams, cleanings, fillings and crowns, and refers out anything that needs a specialist. Group practices and dental clinics put several dentists, hygienists and sometimes specialists under one roof, often with evening and Saturday hours. Most offices ask new patients for a comprehensive exam with X-rays before routine cleanings, which the American Dental Association recommends every six months. Prices are set by each practice, and most accept dental insurance (PPO plans more widely than HMO ones), CareCredit-style financing or an in-house membership plan for people without coverage. Emergency dental services take same-day patients for toothaches, broken teeth and abscesses, usually at a premium.

Hours are published for 5 days a week. On most of those days it is open 8 am–5 pm. Note that it does not open on Saturday, Sunday. Hours in the United States do change around federal holidays and long weekends, so a quick call before a special trip is sensible. You can reach Dental365 - Camp Hill at (717) 547-9191; calling is usually the quickest way to ask about availability, prices or directions. This office is not the same office it was when my children first became patients. Over the past year, we have watched dentists and hygienists come and go, and after our recent experience, I no longer feel comfortable entrusting my children’s care to the current dental team. My daughter went in for what should have been a routine cavity filling and came out in tears with a large blood blister and multiple visible injuries inside her mouth. I cannot recommend this office. When we got to the car, she began crying and told me she had been crying during the procedure. She said the dentist was rough and aggressive, that the suction remained pressed against the same area of her mouth for an extended period, and that the entire experience was extremely painful and traumatic. To the office’s credit, management responded promptly to our concerns. Our complaint was immediately escalated to the regional director, who happened to be in the office that day, and we later received a follow-up call informing us that the appropriate channels had been notified. However, that does not change what happened. Parents deserve to know that the team providing care today is not necessarily the same team r

Going to fast food chain restaurants are bad, just like going to chain dental clinics. Both should generally be avoided! This place was great when I went there last year, when they first opened. I had a crown placed last year too. On 4/13 I went for my routine visit/cleaning. They had no hygienist so they said the dentist would do it. What a nightmare! Tubes and water everywhere. Worst dental cleaning ever. He then argued about the work I planned to get done for this year and argued with me that I didn't need anything. He finally found the info, and, as I said, I need a filling and a crown. I go to check out and Chrissy ran my price check for the work. I told her I did not think it was correct since she had my wrong dental plan. She was annoyed and ran it again, so I thanked her, took the paper, folded it and put it in my purse, and said I would call to schedule. She said "well I need that paper signed". I pull it back out of my purse and it fell onto the counter. She said "You didn't have to throw that at me" I was like what are you even talking about, it fell out of my purse. I was not even upset. I was actually tired and just wanted to leave Her reaction made no sense

Just had my 3rd visit here and as someone who gets a bit nervous/anxious about dentistry, I couldn't be happier with the service. Special thanks to Casey for scheduling me, Dr. Kolts and Rachel for doing the dental work. Both Dr. Kolts and Rachel routinely checked on my discomfort level, and got multiple fillings and an onlay done insanely fast and clean. I felt very included and informed on the procedure and any questions I had were answered. Checkout was smooth too, and the Manager, Casey, explained the billing to me answered any final questions I had and got me scheduled for the next procedure. I'll absolutely be recommending this office to friends and family.

I was so nervous to do my extraction, but staff made me comfortable and I literally felt no pain. I took 1 dose Ibuprofen post procedure anticipating pain, it's been 2days and I've not had any pain or adverse reactions. Definitely would recommend Dental365 for your dental services.

Had a great experience at this place when I went in for my cleaning. Figured I would try a new dentist since I wasn't happy with my old place. I got excellent service from the team, Casey helped me get everything scheduled and made it work with my work hours, had X-Rays done by Rachel, and Dr. Piaz was super informative and discussed treatments and what not with me. Highly recommend this place, the staff was very helpful and friendly.
